Cloud Data Storage

Feedback submissions are securely stored using Supabase (a trusted cloud database provider) to help us improve the app. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain feedback data indefinitely to track improvement patterns, but it remains anonymous. Newsletter subscription data is securely stored using Brevo (a trusted email service provider) to manage our newsletter list. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain newsletter subscription data until you unsubscribe, at which point your email address is removed from our mailing list.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase (supabase.com) - Cloud database for storing anonymous feedback
• Brevo (brevo.com) - Email service provider for newsletter subscriptions (optional)
• Google reCAPTCHA - Security service to prevent spam and abuse on our website
